Girls Golf. Congratulations to Hayven Fuemmeler for being the first female Westran Hornet to qualify for the State Championship in, at least, 10 years!!! She shot 107 at LA Nickell to achieve all-district honors today! Shaylynn, Kadence, and Kaylen also competed at Districts today and made us proud. Hayven will head to State on Oct 20-21. Way to go Lady Hornets!

Girls golf. Heritage Hills on Tuesday at the L&C Conference Tournament, Westran shot our best 18-hole girls' team score (10-stroke max) in, at least, 10 years...470 for 3rd place! Shaylynn Bell 107, 5th...Hayven Fuemmeler 108, 6th...Kharigan Fuemmeler 110, 7th...Kaylen Johnson 145, 21st...Kadence Bell 147, 22nd. So proud of these 5 girls!
Girls golf. On Monday, at the Randolph County Cup, Heritage Hills (9 holes)...Hayven Fuemmeler shot 60 for 7th, Shaylynn and Kadence Bell shot 64 tied for 13th, and Kaylen Johnson shot 66 for 16th. Great job girls!

In this lab students explored and compared the physical and chemical properties of different compound samples. They observed characteristics such as physical state, color, texture, and reflectivity. They also tested each compound for electrical conductivity.
