In science class, 7th grade is learning about the human impact on our environment and how to recycle materials into useful everyday items so that they aren't added to our ongoing pollution problem. They are doing a plastic bag challenge, making items out of plastic bags and tape.

FCCLA held a Blanket Drive in February. 281 blankets were collected through a contest at the elementary and as admission at a basketball game. These blankets will be donated to homeless shelters, women's shelters, police, and state patrol departments by MO FCCLA.
