1C ended their pomologist training by making fried apples! They peeled and cut their own apple and got to take home their apple core for the seeds, like Johnny Appleseed. They enjoyed their snack while drinking apple cider/juice and watching a tour of an apple packing facility. It was supposed to be applesauce, but time didn't allow them to fully cook. Girls Golf. Yesterday, at the L&C Conference Golf Tournament (Heritage Hills), Vallie Schermerhorn medaled in 8th place with a 103. Faith Oliver got 26th place with a 144.
