Mrs. Barnett's personal finance created board games with what they learned this semester. They are now evaluating/playing each other's games to provide feedback.
Dear Community Members,
The high school gym is reserved exclusively for Westran R1 activities. Unfortunately, we've encountered issues with equipment damage and loss, in the past, during non-Westran events, this includes travel teams and pick-up games. To streamline usage and safeguard our resources, we encourage alternative arrangements for such activities. The elementary gym is available and equipped for these purposes, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this guideline.

Boys Golf. CONGRATS TO LOGAN BROWN!!! On Friday at Districts, Heritage Hills, Logan Brown finished 10th with an 85 and adavanced to the State Championship next Monday/Tuesday in Joplin. Kai Alexander had a 116, Michael Johnson 144, and Matthew Hopper 150.

Westran Baseball picked up the win 3-0 against Cairo. JV takes a loss 4-2
Westran Middle School has some important dates coming up. Wednesday, May 15, at 2pm is the 8th grade awards assembly, and Thursday, May 16, at 9:30 am is the 6-7 grade awards assembly. Both events will be held at the middle school gym and all are welcome to attend.
Westran R-1 parent, the last day of school on May 16th will now be a FULL DAY to make up for the time missed due to the early dismissal for the water main break on April 26th. This change was approved by the Westran R-1 Board of Education.

The final track meet for the MS will be the Lewis & Clark Conference meet tomorrow @ Paris beginning at 1:30pm!
