Our 8th graders have been busy in the kitchen this week! In Family and Consumer Sciences, students practiced reading recipes, mixing and measuring skills, and even got creative with decorating. To make it extra fun (and delicious), we whipped up some sweet treats inspired by Crumbl Cookies! The menu included: Salted Caramel Cheesecake, Cookie Dough, and Cookies & Cream Milkshake.

What's better on a Friday morning than a pie to the face? 13 pies instead! KA (Ms. Roling's class) cashed in on their prize for winning the PTO Penny War today and enjoyed getting to pie their teacher and principal after the April Awards Assembly! Thank you to Mr. Hunt for being such a good sport and Westran Elementary PTO for providing the supplies.
