The WMS Eighth Graders attended Truman State University's Teachers Matter Become One Conference today. Students attended several sessions learning about an impactful, rewarding, and aspiring career pathway -- teaching. They learned about Life Skills and Project Based Learning, Teaching is Fundamental, Robots and Creativity: Teaching with a Twist, and What Makes a Good Teacher? We hope today opened their minds to the education career path! We know that whatever their futures hold, they'll make WMS proud!
