The listed items have been declared surplus property by the Westran R-1 School District. Sealed bids for each item will be accepted until June 11, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. in the Office of the Superintendent. To set up an appointment to view items call 660-277-4429. The District reserves the right to refuse any and all bids. Surplus property: (1) Ricoh Aticio MP 4500 Copier, (2) VCR carts, (2) teacher desks, (1) Smart Tech Smart Board, (2) Automatic electric staplers, multiple promethean boards, (1) Franklin Chef convection oven, (1) beverage air milk cooler, (1) upright piano, (1) 4 tray warmer bar and (1) 2002 Bluebird Chevy gas school bus w/ 137,124 miles.

Today was Class 2 State Track! Madeline Burton placed 3rd in the Javelin with a throw of 34.43 meters or around 112 + feet. Not a PR but darn close! In the long jump she finished 11th with a new PR of 4.96 meters, which is over 16 feet. There were no prelims or finals today just finals, 4 throws and jumps and done, 16 athletes. We here at Westran are super proud of Madeline on the field, track and in the classroom! We wish her the best at Columbia College and know she will continue to PR (Personal Record)!
